The Levant Bakery has launched a mouth-watering surprise for those who are celebrating Veganuary and are looking for foodie inspiration or those who are brand new to the plant-based Manousheh scene.
Fresh out the oven for Veganuary 2022, the Vegan Lahmeh Bi Ajin and Lahmeh Bi Ajin & Pomegranate Molasses topped with smoked aubergine, onions, tomatoes, green bell pepper, radish, mint, sunflower seeds, and pomegranate molasses are part of the brand’s new vegan range of flatbreads that they developed using plant-based proteins mince made of pea and rice.
